This is a patient who underwent breast augmenation elsewhere. Situation corrected by revision of breast augmentation.

22 y.o woman after breast augmentation and 2 failed attempts of correction of symmastia (uniboob) deformity by another surgeon. The expanders were removed, new submuscular pockets developed and muscke released and cleavege restored.

This patient underwent breast augmentation elsewhere. She had a "double bubble deformity" with failed release of the inframmary fold. She requested corection and larger implants placement. 500 cc silcone implants were placed with reconstruction of the both inframmary folds.

Patient underwent breast augmentation elsewhere, requested scar revisions, larger silicone implants.
